"My name is Jason Rausch. I live in Virginia and I work full time as an RF/Electronics technician for NASA. I also own a small electronics company. Turning is my favorite aspect of woodworking. Mostly segmented turning, but I have been known to crank out a pen or ten when I have requests for small gifts. My lathes are a Grizzly G0766 and HF MIDI benchtop model. I have a fairly well equipped shop with a table saw, bandsaw, planer and jointer for doing all of my wood prep. I turn mostly with carbide tools and primarily use a PSI Barracuda chuck for my bowls. My other hobbies include amateur radio, electronics, playing guitar, target shooting and N scale model railroading."
